Za-2.8– Statement Regarding Repeated Police Intrusions and Unlawful Arrest at Airport

Statement:

I hereby submit this written declaration to document repeated police actions against me which I believe constitute unlawful harassment, surveillance, and deprivation of liberty without due process.

1. Multiple Police Visits to My Private Home:

Since 2022, I have experienced multiple unannounced visits by Danish police to my private residence. These visits occurred without any official explanation, warrant, or prior written notice. Officers entered or attempted to enter my home with no legal justification, and I was never provided with any documentation before or after these incidents.

I have retained audio recordings from some of these home visits, which clearly capture the presence and statements of police officers. However, due to format and privacy limitations, I am unable to include these audio files in this printed complaint submission. Copies can be provided digitally upon request or during a hearing.

2. Airport Arrest Without Warrant or Notification:

In October 2023, upon returning from China, I was forcibly arrested at the airport by Danish police. I was not informed of any legal grounds for the arrest, nor was I shown a warrant or given a written explanation. My personal belongings, including my luggage and electronic devices, were searched and taken.

I emphasize that prior to this incident, I received no court summons, no written charges, and no administrative notification of any investigation or proceedings against me that would justify such an arrest.

3. Legal and Human Rights Concerns:

• These actions occurred without judicial authorization, in violation of my right to liberty under Article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights;
• I was subjected to arbitrary detention and forced psychiatric hospitalization without transparent legal process;
• The lack of official written communication and absence of a warrant constitutes a procedural failure by Danish authorities.

I respectfully request that this statement be included as supporting material to demonstrate the irregular, coercive, and undocumented nature of police actions against me.
