Re: Systemic Obstruction of Domestic Remedies in Denmark – Request for Review and Record Filing

I, Beizi Li, am submitting this complaint package as a legal notification and formal documentation of systemic denial of access to justice within a Member State of the European Union.

Over the past several years, I have been the target of coordinated judicial, medical, and administrative abuse by the Danish state. My attempts to seek redress have been met not with legal process, but with deliberate obstruction. I have filed police reports, medical complaints, psychiatric appeals, and child protection grievances—none of which were assigned valid reference numbers, processed to conclusion, or issued with appealable decisions. These procedural failures make it impossible to exhaust “domestic remedies” in any meaningful sense.

My case has already been submitted to the United Nations Human Rights Committee (Ref: UR/CCPR/25/DNK/6), and is currently under review. I have also notified several EU bodies, including the European Parliament’s DROI and FEMM committees, the European Ombudsman, the EU Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA), and DG JUST. To date, I have not received any official response, nor has my legal situation changed.

As I will soon be traveling outside the EU, I am unable to submit this file in person and have therefore requested that a trusted NGO intermediary act solely as a courier to ensure this material reaches the Court.

I take full legal responsibility for the content of the attached documents. I request that this package be:

  • Acknowledged as a formal communication and evidence file regarding a case of ongoing rights violations within the EU;
  • Logged with an official timestamp to preserve my right to future legal action before this Court;
  • Referred for internal review or assessment, if applicable, under Article 265 TFEU (Failure to Act) or related human rights obligations.

Thank you for your consideration of this matter. I understand the exceptional nature of this request, but I also believe the systemic obstruction I face in Denmark warrants an exceptional response.

Sincerely,
Beizi Li

  • 确认为关于欧盟境内正在发生的侵犯人权案件的正式通信和证据文件;
  • 已记录并附上官方时间戳,以保留我未来在本法院提起法律诉讼的权利;
