My Identity and Victim Status
My name is Bezili, a 52-year-old woman originally from China. I have lived in Denmark for over 21 years and have been a permanent resident for the majority of that time. I am a single mother and a lifelong member of Amnesty International. I speak fluent Danish and Chinese. I have never committed any violent act and have no criminal history.
I am the complainant in this case, and also one of its primary victims. My son, Oscar Dan Li (CPR: 120515-6093), born in Denmark on May 12, 2015, is also a direct victim of prolonged and unlawful state intervention. Oscar birth and has lived in Denmark his entire life.
Over the past 12 years, I have been systematically persecuted by various Danish authorities, including the psychiatric system, the police, child protection services, the judiciary, and medical institutions. These institutions, acting separately and sometimes together, have attempted to silence, discredit, and isolate me. They have labeled me as mentally ill, blocked access to my child, falsified my medical records, restricted my legal rights, and repeatedly punished me for speaking out.
Since April 27, 2022, I have been completely cut off from Oscar. I have not seen him, spoken to him, or received any contact for over 3 years. No legal justification has been provided for this total separation.
This complaint is submitted not only on behalf of myself but also on behalf of my son, who has suffered in silence while the state erased his mother’s presence from his life. What we have endured is not a single incident but a pattern of state-sponsored harm. We are victims of an organized structure of repression designed to destroy our family, silence my voice, and conceal institutional wrongdoing.
