Annex Za-0: Complaint to Amnesty International, Front Line Defenders, and Human Rights Watch / 致国际特赦、人权观察等投诉信

SubjectFormal Human Rights Complaint and Request for Third-Party Submission to the European Court of Justice

05022025

Dear Amnesty International, Front Line Defenders, and Human Rights Watch,

I am writing to your organization with both a formal human rights complaint and a strategic appeal for assistance.

Following  my submission of a  human  rights complaint to the  United  Nations  (Ref: UR/CCPR/25/DNK/6), I have faced systematic retaliation from the Danish state. This includes—but is not limited to—the death of my daughter due to medical negligence, the forced separation from my son, the fabrication and manipulation of psychiatric records,  and  a  false  rape  conviction  rendered  without  any sexual  contact  or  due process, which has been used to silence and discredit me.

These actions, taken collectively, constitute a coordinated abuse of the psychiatric, judicial, and child protection systems, and have had the direct effect of obstructing all available domestic legal remedies.

I  have  prepared  a   legal  complaint  addressed  to  the   European  Court  of  Justice. However, due to an imminent trip to China and credible fears of state interference or suppression  during  or  after this  travel,  I  may  not  be  able  to  ensure  the  safe  and successful transmission of my materials from outside the EU.

Accordingly, I respectfully request that your organization consider acting as a trusted intermediary by delivering the attached legal package to the Court. I accept full legal and  moral  responsibility  for  the  contents  of  the  complaint.  You  may,  at  your discretion, include a cover letter clarifying that your role is limited strictly to that of a transmission channel on behalf of the undersigned complainant.

Attached you will find the following materials:

A formal legal summary of the case and requested remedy

The complaint letter addressed to the European Court of Justice Annex Z-2: timeline and key evidence overview

Supplementary   documentation   demonstrating   administrative   obstruction within Danish institutions

Should you require clarification, verification, or additional materials, I am available at any time via email.

I fully understand that your organization may not be able to engage in every case it receives.   However,  even  the  act  of  assisting  in  the  legal  transmission  of  this complaint will help ensure that ongoing systemic violations are not buried beneath national silence.

Thank you for your time, integrity, and potential support.

Sincerely,

Beizi Li
