Annex Za-2.9– Evidence of Psychiatric Misconduct and Patient Clarity

Z-2.9– Evidence of Psychiatric Misconduct and Patient Clarity

Purpose of This Annex:This document provides a structured analysis of key
excerpts from psychiatric interviews conducted during the author’s
involuntary hospitalization. It serves to demonstrate: (1) the presence of
biased, leading, or unethical questions posed by psychiatric staff; and (2) the
patient’s ability to respond with clarity, logic, and reality orientation. Together,
these materials support the claim that the psychiatric evaluation process
violated both medical neutrality and human rights standards.
This annex is submitted as supporting evidence to international and national
complaint bodies, including but not limited to the United Nations human
rights mechanisms and the Danish authority. All statements are based on
original audio recordings, available upon request.
