第七节：结束语｜酷刑不容掩盖，伤害必须追责

我在2023年6月于阿玛精神病医院所经历的长达近二十天的强制脱衣、公开注射与群体羞辱，不属于任何形式的医学治疗，而是以医疗名义进行的制度性酷刑与性别羞辱行为。

这些行为在国际法律中已被明确定义为酷刑与非人道待遇，其实施主体为国家公立医院的医护人员，具有明显的制度性、持续性与惩罚性特征。

它不仅摧毁了我的身体与尊严，也构成了对国际法的公然挑战。

因此，我在此正式提出以下最低限度的赔偿与追责主张：

  1. 丹麦政府必须公开承认此事件违反医学伦理与国际法，属于严重人权侵害；
  2. 所有参与强制注射与羞辱性操作的医护人员必须接受独立调查与问责；
  3. 向我本人发出正式书面道歉，承认该事件造成的不可逆身体与心理创伤；
  4. 赔偿我因本事件遭受的精神损害与社会功能障碍（金额待定）；
  5. 更正并公开所有被删除、伪造的医疗记录；
  6. 禁止在未来对我进行任何未经书面同意的精神科治疗或干预。

我不会被“精神病”标签所压制，更不会接受暴力被伪装成“治疗”。

这一事件不仅是我个人的伤痕，更是对整个精神医疗系统伦理底线的严峻挑战。

我将保留继续向联合国人权事务高级专员、欧洲人权法院、媒体与国际医学伦理组织提交本报告的权利，并坚决要求彻底调查、正式定性与国家赔偿。

Section 7: Final Declaration – Torture Must Not Be Hidden, and Harm Must Be Accounted For

What I experienced in June 2023 at Amager Psychiatric Hospital—nearly twenty consecutive days of forced undressing, public injections, and group humiliation—was not medical treatment of any kind, but institutional torture and gender-based humiliation disguised as medicine.

These acts are clearly defined under international law as torture and inhuman treatment, carried out by medical personnel in a state-run public hospital, and marked by their systemic, prolonged, and punitive nature.

They destroyed my body and dignity, and they represent a blatant violation of international law.

Therefore, I formally submit the following minimum demands for accountability and reparations:

  1. The Danish government must publicly acknowledge that this incident violated medical ethics and international law, and constituted a serious human rights violation;
  2. All medical staff involved in the forced injections and humiliating procedures must face independent investigation and accountability;
  3. A formal written apology must be issued to me, acknowledging the irreversible physical and psychological harm caused;
  4. Compensation must be provided for the psychological injury and social impairment I have suffered (amount to be determined);
  5. All deleted and falsified medical records must be corrected and made publicly available;
  6. A permanent ban must be imposed on any future psychiatric treatment or intervention without my written consent.

I will not be silenced by the label of “mental illness,” nor will I accept violence disguised as “treatment.”

This incident is not only a personal wound, but a grave challenge to the ethical foundations of the entire psychiatric system.

I reserve the right to submit this report to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the European Court of Human Rights, international media, and medical ethics organizations, and I firmly demand full investigation, legal classification, and state reparations.
