Article 1 – Name and Seat BLHRDA is a non-profit association under Swiss Civil Code Art. 60–79. Seat: Geneva, Switzerland. Article 2 – Purpose Document systemic persecution and human rights violations; increase visibility of psychiatric abuse, child protection failures, and political persecution; build a secure “Digital Asylum”; support access to international complaint mechanisms. Article 3 – Membership At founding: one member (President: Beizi Li). New members may be admitted by decision of the President. Article 4 – Organs General Assembly and President. Article 5 – President Manages the Association and represents it externally; the Association is bound by the President’s signature. Article 6 – Resources Donations, grants, and other lawful income used solely for statutory purposes. Article 7 – Liability Obligations are guaranteed solely by Association assets; no personal liability of the founder.
