Preamble

This draft outlines the non-negotiable bottom-line terms proposed by Beizi Li, under exceptional political circumstances involving systematic persecution, transnational legal injustice, and severe human rights violations. It is not a legal contract but a declarative framework for any future negotiation, political settlement, or international mediation.

Sole Negotiation Condition

Beizi Li demands the following three conditions as a package deal, indivisible and non-negotiable:

• Immediate return of her biological son, Oscar Dan Li (CPR: 120515-6093), with full restoration of the mother-son relationship.

• A one-time compensation payment of €100,000,000 (One Hundred Million Euros), transferred to a designated Swiss bank account, fully controlled and unencumbered by legal, political, or third-party conditions.

• Guaranteed safe relocation of Beizi Li and her child to Germany or another secure country, with permanent residency and full protection from retaliation, surveillance, extradition, harassment, or any form of reputational targeting.

Clarifications

    • Beizi Li reserves the right to publicly document, testify, and seek redress for past injustices, including but not limited to: psychiatric falsification, child abduction, assault, fabricated rape allegations, forced medication, defamation, and political persecution.
    • If the above sole condition is fulfilled, Beizi Li may choose to refrain from initiating further lawsuits or claims against Danish institutions.
    • If this condition is not fulfilled, Beizi Li reserves the full right to escalate her case to the international public, media, human rights organizations, and courts, including activation of her “Death Trigger Protocol” as a last resort.
