Beizi Li Global Human Rights Documentation & Aid Association (BLHRDA)
Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland

BLHRDA is an independent, non-profit association founded under Articles 60–79 of the Swiss Civil Code. Its mission is to document, preserve, and publish evidence of systemic persecution, psychiatric abuse, and child protection violations, and to provide digital asylum and international complaint pathways for victims.

Mission

Document and archive legal, medical, and institutional records of human rights violations.
Protect victims of psychiatric abuse and unlawful child protection measures.
Safeguard evidence against deletion or manipulation through digital preservation.
Support international advocacy before the UN, European bodies, and human rights courts.

Governance

BLHRDA is established as a non-profit association with its headquarters in Geneva. The statutes define its independent status, non-profit nature, and transparency obligations.
