在2023年6月，我被强制关押在丹麦Amager精神病医院的一段时间内，几乎每天都被多次实施一种极具羞辱性与暴力性质的“强制注射”程序。整个过程不具备任何私密性，也不遵守基本医疗伦理。
During my forced detention at Amager Psychiatric Hospital in Denmark in June 2023, I was subjected almost daily to a type of “forced injection” procedure that was extremely humiliating and violent in nature. The entire process lacked any form of privacy and violated basic medical ethics.

这种操作往往发生在医院公共区域（如开放式大厅），执行前通常有5至7名女性医护人员聚集待命，并伴随男性人员在场旁观。只有当足够人数聚集完成，他们才会突然扑向我，将我按倒在地。整个过程中，我没有任何反抗行为，但他们仍以压制方式粗暴脱下我的裤子和内裤，在数十人围观的场合当众注射。这种“执行”行为每日重复3次，持续将近20天。多数情况下，并无事先的交流或警告，而是直接动手，呈现出某种程式化、系统化的羞辱性操作模式。
These procedures typically took place in public areas of the hospital (such as an open hall). Before execution, five to seven female medical staff would gather and stand by, often accompanied by male personnel who watched. Only after a sufficient number of staff had assembled would they suddenly rush at me and forcefully pin me to the ground. Throughout the process, I offered no resistance, yet they would still violently strip off my pants and underwear and administer the injection in front of dozens of onlookers. This “execution” was repeated three times a day, for nearly twenty consecutive days. In most cases, there was no prior communication or warning—only sudden physical action, manifesting a ritualistic, systematic pattern of humiliating operations.

在整个注射过程中，我从未被告知所注射药物的名称、剂量、用途及可能副作用，也从未获得签署任何形式的知情同意书。即便我多次提出询问，工作人员始终拒绝告知，甚至不允许我查看药品包装或药物记录。
Throughout the injection process, I was never informed of the name, dosage, purpose, or potential side effects of the drugs administered. I was never given the opportunity to sign any form of informed consent. Even though I repeatedly asked, the staff refused to disclose any information and did not allow me to see the packaging or drug records.

根据精神病学与创伤心理学研究，这种重复性的集体暴力与公开性羞辱构成了医学上“系统性羞辱性暴力”（systemic humiliating violence）的典型特征。该术语常用于描述一种在机构内部，通过重复的、结构化的暴力行为，使被害者丧失尊严、意志与自我认知的过程。这不仅是一种身体暴力，更是一种对人格与尊严的系统剥夺。
According to psychiatric and trauma psychology studies, such repetitive collective violence and public humiliation constitute the classic characteristics of what is medically termed systemic humiliating violence. This term is often used to describe a process within institutional settings where repeated, structured acts of violence are employed to strip the victim of their dignity, will, and self-identity. It is not merely physical violence, but a systemic deprivation of personhood and human dignity.

此类注射行为并未在我的病历中留下任何记录。我多次登录丹麦官方医疗平台 sundhed.dk 查询，但未发现任何关于该阶段注射药物的说明、剂量、名称或执行人信息。医院对此拒绝作出解释，甚至否认该系列注射曾发生。这种对基本医疗记录的篡改与删除，进一步说明该注射行为并非基于医疗需要，而是具有高度遮蔽性与惩罚性的非正规操作。
These injection procedures left no trace in my medical records. I repeatedly accessed the official Danish medical platform, sundhed.dk, but found no information regarding the names, dosages, descriptions, or administering personnel related to the injections during that period. The hospital refused to provide any explanation and even denied that the series of injections ever occurred. This alteration and erasure of essential medical documentation further indicates that the injections were not based on medical necessity but were instead clandestine and punitive in nature, carried out as irregular, unauthorized procedures.
